John Toshack
Co-Founder
John spent more than 15 years with the HSBC Group where he was EMEA Head of Emerging Markets Structuring and a senior member of the team that built their Energy Commodity business. He holds an Economics degree from the University of Sydney and studied Blockchain Strategy at the University of Oxford. John is a member of the International Advisory Council of APQ Global where he advises on blockchain and digital asset strategy.
Imagine it is 1995 and you run a successful retail business. Imagine someone had advised you that the internet could transform retail. With hindsight I am sure you would take that advice very seriously. Many of 1995's retailers have long since ceased to exist. Meanwhile Amazon has become one of the biggest companies in the world.

Jim Needham

Jim started his capital markets career in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley in 2000. He has subsequently worked at leading firms Kleinwort Benson, Kyte Group and Market Securities, as a specialist in equity derivatives. He holds a degree in Law from The University of Durham and has studied Blockchain Strategy at Oxford University's Saïd Business School.
